GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RENT
The best reception is reserved for our guests. The owners personally undertake to ensure the reception of guests with all desirable attention to facilitate their stay and knowledge of the region.
The rental is for a suite with a bedroom, a private lounge and a bathroom located at 52 Chemin du Plantier in Sarlat-la-Caneda (France). The rental is for two or maximum 4 people (family or friends, agreed to share the same bathroom).
DESCRIPTION OF THE RENT
The suite occupies the entire first floor of a house Perigord. The bedroom and living room have been completely redone and is air conditioned.
• Bedroom: 160x200 bed, two bedside tables, wardrobe with mirror, dresser, chair
• Living room: sofa turning into a comfortable 140x190 bed, chair, 2 poufs, television, dvd player, a round table, 2 chairs, books, games
• Bathrooms: shower with glass door, washbasin, toilet, storage column
• Free outdoor parking or garage for a motorcycle.
LENGTH OF STAY
The client signing the contract for a specified period shall in no circumstances invoke any right to maintain occupancy.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The guest is greeted on the scheduled day between 16:00 and 19:00, or earlier depending on availability. In case of late arrival, the customer must notify the owner. The start will be the day scheduled before 10:30.
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The reservation becomes effective once the client has sent the owner a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay.
REGULATION OF THE BALANCE
The balance is due upon arrival at the owner by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, check, checks or cash.
Consumption and additional benefits not mentioned in the contract and the city tax are payable at departure to the owner.
The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay the owner who then transfers it to the public treasury.
In Sarlat, this tax amounts to 0.80 € per person per night.
This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of clients exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse the additional customers. This refusal may in no way be considered a modification or termination at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure for a greater number of customers to those refused, no refund can be considered.
USE OF PLACES
The client must respect the peaceful character of the place and make use as intended. No meal can be taken in rooms. It is committed to make the rooms in good condition and must declare any damage he might be responsible and assume the repairs. A deposit of € 150 may be requested. The entire house is a non-smoking area, dedicated spaces are available outside. The customer will always to lock the door-window of the independent entrance reserved for it. Any loss of key will be billed 50 €.
Breakfast is served between 7:30 and 9:30.
If the customer does not take breakfast $ 8 € 50 will be deducted from their bill.
Thank you to book 48 hours in advance. A unique menu priced at 25 € per person (drinks not included) will be served in the dining room.
For hygiene and cleanliness reasons, picnics and meals are not allowed in the room and in the private lounge. A table is available under the arbor.
& HOUSEHOLD LINEN SUPPLY OF
The linen is provided (beds made on arrival):
• bed linen: duvet cover and pillowcases and bolsters
• linen: 1 bath towel, 1 towel, 2 washcloths (per person), 1 bath mat
Daily cleaning will be done only on request for a fee of 15 €
For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the house, a space is available under the arbor.
Customer is responsible for all damages caused by him. He will have to check if its main home contract provides for the extension holiday (vacation rental). The customer attests be covered by liability insurance covering its own responsibility and that of the persons accompanying him.
CANCELLATION BY OWNER
If the landlord terminates the contract for any reason, it will reimburse the tenant double the amount received the deposit.
CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
All cancellations must be notified by letter or e-mail addressed to the owner.
• More than 30 days before the date of stay: 0%
• From 30 to 21 days before the date of stay: 25% of total stay
• From 20 to 8 days before the date of stay: 50% of total stay
• From 7 to 2 days before the date of stay: 75%
• 2 days before the date of the stay: 100% of total stay
• No show: 100% of total stay
• Shortened stay: 100% of total stay.
To avoid disputes later identification will be requested upon arrival.
Pursuant to Article R. 611-42 of CESEDA1, we are required to complete and be signed by foreigners upon arrival, a police individual record.
