There is free wi-fi throughout the park. You can connect to the Les_Etoiles Wi-Fi network. You don't need a password.
In the morning you can swim sporty laps (from 09:00 to 10:00). After a walk in nature, relax. Our renewed and heated indoor pool is open all year round. Also for the kids it is of course crazy (water) fun. After swimming you can sit outside on the sun terrace in the summer.
Being active and relaxing go well together. Enjoy the heated indoor pool.

A Finnish sauna, a traditional sauna, is ideal for true bon vivants. You can enjoy the warmth, lying or sitting on wooden benches with various heights. The temperature of the air in Finnish saunas becomes very high, sometimes up to 90 degrees Celsius. So you start sweating quickly in a Finnish sauna, which, for example, promotes blood flow and increases heart performance. Nothing at all, just enjoy!
And after every sauna round you can relax in our rest rooms, a cup of coffee or tea is available.

You can rent bicycles (mountain bikes and electric ones) at the reception. This must be booked 24 hours in advance. Children's bikes are not available.
Do you want to deposit your waste in the designated containers, which are on the site? There are containers for glass (behind the restaurant) and for residual waste and PMD (Plastic-Metal-Drinking suits) at the end of the loop through the park. It is mandatory to return waste separately.
Batteries and chemical waste can be dropped off at the reception.
The use of a barbecue is only allowed under the following conditions:
- Only gas or electric barbecue is allowed
- No inconvenience to the other guests
- The barbecue must be in a safe place on the terrace
- Open fire directly on the ground is not allowed
If your visit comes during the day, there is no charge. If your visit remains overnight, you must report this in advance to the reception.
If you do not have hot water on arrival, please check if the fuse in the electrical box is 'On/up'. The electrical box is located in the type:

Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. This applies to both inside and outside our premises. When your dog runs loose, you take the risk of a fine from the forester. For all our guests who want to bring a pet on holiday, we have some chalets available in which this is allowed.
Onze general rules are:
- Register in advance at the reception
- Max. Two pets per chalet
- Outside the bungalow, the dog must be on a leash
- Use of dog bed is mandatory
- Dogs please walk outside the grounds or in the dog toilet provided for this purpose.
Despite all our attention, it may be that you have a complaint. We ask you to make this known immediately (no later than 11:00 am the day after arrival) at the reception, so that we have the opportunity to offer you a solution.
Upon arrival, complete sheet packages are ready in your bungalow for the number of people you have booked. There are additional costs associated with the extra change of your linen. We ask you to bring the linen to the laundry upon departure. This is also required if you have used the bed-making service.
There are 6 charging points for electric cars at the park. It is possible to charge electric cars for a fee. To use our charging points, you need a charging card or app that is compatible with MobilityPlus.
It is not allowed to charge your electric car at your chalet.
In the park, a night silence must be observed from 22:00 to 08:00 hours. At other times, don't let your neighbors "pour" your sound. Don't let your radio etc. play outside your chalet!
You can park the car in 1 of the designated parking zones along the road. Not in the grass or at the round points a.u.b. Please ensure that your fellow residents can easily enter and leave the street. Think of your handbrake!
In case of technical malfunctions in the chalet, we kindly ask you to report them to the reception. We do our best to remedy malfunctions as quickly as possible. Because our technical service is very busy on changeover days, we urgently ask you to report malfunctions immediately instead of on your departure day.
Please note that all chalets and central areas are non-smoking.
The laundromat is located at the beginning of the park, behind the reception. The washing machines run on coins, which you can buy at the reception. Read carefully the instructions for use for the machines. Handle it with care. Laundry detergent can also be purchased at the reception. This laundry is not intended for use by children.

This brewery has specialized in producing organic beers, brewed in a traditional way with copper kettles and wood-fired. It is the last in Europe to work in this way! The beers are brewed from a mixture of wheat, hops, malt, and herbs and water. No production is filtered but benefits from a fermentation in the bottle. The Furfooz Park is located in the valley of the Lesse, near Dinant. A walk of about 4 km will allow you to discover the geological, archaeological and natural resources of the park.
The Furfooz estate covers 50 hectares and is particularly suitable for a family walk. You will walk through a wide variety of biotopes (forest, meadow, rock face, banks of the Lesse). Young and old will appreciate it. Fifteen sites are honored via information panels along the route.

Ideally located on the village square of Bouvignes-sur-Meuse, at the foot of the magnificent Saint-Lambert church and overlooking the medieval square, you will be conquered by its calm and the breathtaking view of the ruins of the castle of Crèvecœur. A soothing place ideal to enjoy family and seasonal cuisine.

If you can't imagine a meal without a good big piece of meat, this is where it happens, on the Biron zoning, a stone's throw from the Nationale 4. Wood-fired grills are a must, especially since here we do in the white-blue of the region. The small terrace is a very good plan when the weather is nice.

Departure is possible until 10:00 am. During opening hours you can hand in the Hotek cards or keys at the reception. When the reception is closed, you can leave it in the grey mailbox at the restaurant.
You will need to do the following when you leave:
- Remove beds and put the linen in the red garbage bag and leave it next to the door. Even if you have used the bed making service.
- Wash and store crocks and cutlery, empty the dishwasher.
- Empty the refrigerator and set it to position 1.
- Putting patio furniture in place.
- Please leave the pillows, mattress protectors and duvets in the cottage.
- Close the windows.
- Turn off the lights, don't forget the outdoor lighting.
- Switch off the heaters by moving the switch to position ' 0 '.
- Drop off your Hotek cards at the reception or deposit them in the grey mailbox at the Brasserie les Etoiles.
- Household waste in the waste containers:
Containers are provided for:
- the glass (you will find the glass container at the entrance of the park).
- for residual waste and PMD (Plastic-Metal-Drinking Cartons) at the end of the loop through the park (see photo below).
Batteries and small chemical waste can be handed in at the reception. It is mandatory to dispose of waste separately.
If you are not satisfied with a service offered, please report this to the reception before departure
Departure is possible until 10:00 am. During opening hours you can hand in the Hotek cards or key at the reception. When the reception is closed, you can leave it in the grey mailbox at the brasserie les Etoiles.
We kindly ask you not to lock the door when you leave, so that our cleaning service can come in quickly. Thank you very much in advance for your help.
