MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
In general, avoid cooking or drying the stains. Clean up spilled liquids as quickly as possible, being careful not to burn yourself.
Regular maintenance helps to ensure the performance of the plates and to ensure their lifetime. Here are some tips depending on the cooking method.
When the table is still warm, quickly wipe a damp sponge and wipe with paper towels. For the toughest stains, overflows of grease or food, use the appropriate product and remove the traces with a squeegee.
Maintain the plates regularly, rinsing well, to prevent detergents and stains from becoming encrusted during the next cooking.
Ban the use of abrasive or corrosive products and metal sponge. The induction heating only the containers, their maintenance comes down to a blow of sponge with each use.
