- The use of bed linen provided is mandatory. These are provided with your rental. If necessary, you can rent additional sets (€8/pers) at the reception.
- Do not dry clothes or objects on and near radiators to avoid any risk of fire!
- From 10 p.m., we will ask you to avoid all types of noise pollution.
- BBQs are allowed (at your own risk) in front of your accommodation (terrace). Do not place BBQs on patio tables.
- Take your waste to the various container points, the glass must be sorted separately (see park map).

Approximately one week before your arrival, you will receive an e-mail inviting you to "check-in online" in order to settle administrative matters and pay the deposit.
A maximum of 48 hours before your arrival, you must have paid (online or by bank transfer) a deposit (150 € per type A => F or 250 € per type F16).
This deposit will be refunded to your bank account within approximately 14 days of your departure, less any additional charges.
As a reminder, it is important that everything is settled, this in order to ensure that your arrival during or out of our opening hours is as stresless as possible.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the park.
The code is displayed at reception and in your accommodation.
All apartments/bungalow are no-smoking. It's strictly forbidden to smoke in the house. If you don't respect this rule, we will keep your deposit.
Dogs are welcome at the park, but it should remain a pleasure for everyone. That is why we ask you to respect the following rules:
- You must always report in advance that you are bringing a pet (€ 7 per night / dog)
=> Type A no animals are allowed.
=> Type B, C, D & E, a maximum of one dog is allowed.
=> Type F, a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed.
- Dogs are not allowed on beds, duvets, sofas and armchairs.
- Upon departure, the house must be left completely free of dog hair (if not, additional cleaning costs will be charged).
- Mandatory on a leash at the park!
- Dogs must be let out outside the park. Clean up dog poop at the park (poop bags are available free of charge at reception).
- Do not let your dog bark all day alone in the house. M for the neighbors.
The use of bed linen is mandatory. These are provided with your rental for the number of people registered. If necessary, you can rent additional sets (€8/pers) at the reception.
Towels are not provided. You can rent them for €7/set. It is also possible to rent a kitchen kit (2 hand towels + 2 kitchen towels) at the price of 5 €
We ask you to park your car on the provided parking to make sure that you don't disturb other clients or emergency service.
To ensure the tranquility and good cohabitation, we will ask you to turn down the sound of the TV, radio and avoid all noise ….after 22h.
BBQs are allowed (at your own risk) in front of your accommodation (terrace). Do not place BBQs on patio tables. Barbecues are not provided

The outdoor swimming pool (completely renovated in 2025) is currently open until the end of September (in good weather)

AquaNat'Our is open every day from 08:00 (09:00 on Sundays, 8:00 from June) to 21:30.

It is not allowed to go to the ticket office in a swimsuit, you must change at the pool. At the pool, show your swimming ticket, you will get a wristband with a chip that will read the time + any extras (snacks, sauna, extra time). Your card can be validated once a day (maximum 3 hours free). You receive one card per family (2 cards from 6 people).
Your swimming card is valid for the entire duration of the stay and will not be exchanged or replaced.
There is a laundry in the main building (see map). You can buy the coins at the reception (6 €/washing machine incl. Soap and 3 €/dryer).

Between 08:00 and 09:00, the fresh breads are ready for pickup. To make sure you don't miss out, we ask that you place your order no later than the day before. You can do this easily via the reception or directly at the brewery.

On the day of departure, the key must be returned to the reception at 10:00.
Please verify that it's tidy and clean, this means:
• The dishes must be cleaned, dried and stored in the cupboard *
• The fridge is empty and turned off (0)
• Windows and roof windows closed
• Turn off the lights
• Put your garbage in the containers (see resort map) *
• Remove the sheets and put them into the pillow case. If you have towels please put them separately. *
*We will apply extra charges if not done
When your house is free from your luggage, you may bring your key at the reception.
You can hand in your key at the reception when you have taken the luggage out of your home.
In the case of a departure outside opening hours, please put your keys in the keybox at the reception.
If not done, give us your full data + bank account number, this in order to refund your deposit by bank transfer.
The deposit will be refund on your bank account within 15 days after check-out (after deduction of possible costs).
